Prerequisites

• Eyebrow, headline, description, fine print, lead source label, and success message are approved.
• Lead review ownership is defined before campaign launch.

Steps

1. Open Newsletter.
2. Edit Newsletter setting fields.
3. Save draft.
4. Preview public newsletter surfaces.
5. Publish the setting.
6. Review lead submissions by inquiry type and status.

Resulting state

Published newsletter settings control public newsletter modules and successful submissions create lead records with newsletter inquiry context.

Permissions

Newsletter copy requires CMS write access and editorial/business approval. Lead records may include private contact information and should not be used in documentation screenshots.

Failure cases and recovery

• Copy not updated: confirm the setting is published and the public surface is reading CMS data.
• Lead follow-up missing: review Lead submissions status and notes.
• Sensitive data exposure: remove or redact the screenshot/documentation artifact and recapture with synthetic data.
